A perfect course for RN's wishing to update skills, experience live practice, and further their knowledge base. Areas of IV therapy and
blood withdrawal covered thoroughly in this
combined class include: methods for performing IV therapy/blood withdrawal, basic IV review, and advanced theory (maintaining PICC lines,
central lines, pumps, etc.). To ensure students feel comfortable during testing, safety issues and
possible complications are covered prior to examination. Practical testing on each other is required on the last day of class.
